As an Adjunct Professor, Abdul teaches Masters and Doctoral (MS & Ph.D) UX students at DePaul University. He is also a Human Factors International (HFI) Senior Instructor for the world’s most recognized UX certification, the Certified Usability Analyst (CUA). In addition, he holds HFI's more advanced credential, Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA), and has taught UX best practices globally for prominent companies like Disney, Intel, Visa, and Intuit.
Abdul completed his Master of Science in Information (User Experience) from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) and his Bachelor of Arts with honors from Loyola University Chicago.
