Is there a minimum number of people who have to register?

Yes, we require a minimum of three registrants. If three people do not register, we will reschedule the class or offer a refund.

Is there a discount for bundling courses?

Absolutely! Purchase all three courses and save 20%, which includes three courses over five days, course materials, a free certification exam, and free shipping.

Can I attend individual courses, instead of the three-course bundle?

Yes, you may take individual courses at the regular rate.Email info@ux4sight.com to register for individual courses. (For a discounted rate, you can bundle the three courses and save 20%.)

If I cancel, will I get my course payment refunded?

Yes, as long as you cancel before materials are shipped. Materials ship 1-2 weeks before the course date.

Do you offer courses online or in-person?

You’re in luck. We offer both for convenience.

Can UX 4Sight teach in-house at our company?

Yes, a UX 4Sight instructor can come directly to you.

Are there any prerequisites to taking UX 4Sight classes?

Nope, other than an eagerness to learn about kinder design.

How long is class each day?

From 9 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CT

How many days are the courses?

That depends on the course. Intro to UX is one day, Web & Application UX Design and Web & Application Research are both two days.

Do you offer alternative days other than what is shown on the website's training schedule?

Is there a cost to take the UX certification (UXC) exam?

No, there is no additional cost to take the UXC exam as it’s included in the bundle.

How is the UXC exam administered?

The exam is multiple choice and administered online. You can complete the exam at your convenience from anywhere you can access the internet.

Does UX 4Sight's certification expire?

No. The UXC designation does not expire.

Does UX 4Sight offer job placement assistance?

Yes! Although we don't guarantee We do help place suitable professionals from our courses in jobs by recommending them in our creative job placement network, namely via Aquent (the largest creative placement company in North America, where our CXO has served as a UX Subject Matter Expert since 2015).

Why is UX 4Sight's UX training more easily covered by employers?
